Lactose Redux or Reflux and those Eejits

I can just see it now. Flavor names like “Yummy Mummy” or “Blueberry Boob-berry Swirl” or “La Leche League Lemon” Mmmm.

Well it didn’t take long for the eejits at PETA to jump on the boob bandwagon. They, in their infinite wisdom, thought they could persuade Ben & Jerry’s to spare those poor cows from giving milk by switching over  to human breast milk. While they are adept at grabbing headlines, they missed the part of marketing class that was about leaving a positive impression.

They picked up on the brilliant idea from a Swiss restauranteur. Of course, they have little notion of what they protest. Claiming the poor cows should cease to be milked. I can assure you, a dairy cow full of milk will be in much more pain if she’s NOT milked than if she is. But PETA doesn’t trouble themselves with facts…
